Al Rajhi Bank services disrupted; work ongoing to resolve issues

Al Rajhi Bank notified, on Jan. 31, of a technical malfunction in the bank's Al Mubasher application, in addition to the point of sale (POS) and ATM operations.

 

Work was underway to fix the malfunction, the bank said.

 

The hashtag bearing the bank’s name was trending on Twitter as many subscribers complained about their inability to carry out financial transactions.
