Mohammed Elkuwaiz, Chairman of Capital Market Authority
Saudi Arabia is studying the possibility of opening the Nomu-Parallel Market to all traders, Rotana Khalejia reported, citing the Capital Market Authority (CMA) Chairman Mohammed Elkuwaiz.
Trading on Nomu was confined to certain categories to eliminate competition with the Main Market as well as ease the listing requirements.

A roadmap is under study to open Nomu to all traders. The idea was raised last year, but was later shelved on strong liquidity. An evaluation will be conducted to eventually open the market to traders, even in stages,” Elkuwaiz concluded.
