Jahez says major shareholder Alamat plans transfer of 1.25 mln shares

Jahez International Company for Information System Technology received a letter today, Jan. 30, from Alamat International Co., a major shareholder, stating the latter's intention to transfer an 11.93% stake in Jahez, or 1.25 million shares, to its current shareholders on a pro-rata basis, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

This will result in a change to Jahez’s list of major shareholders. Any material developments in this regard will be duly announced, it noted.

 

Alamat International owns 5.05 million shares, or 48.1%, of Jahez’s capital, according to Argaam's data.
