Tibbiyah appoints new audit committee member

Arabian International Healthcare Holding Co.’s (Tibbiyah) board approved the appointment of Yousef Al Suhaibani as an independent audit committee member, starting from Jan. 30, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The appointment is pending the approval of the upcoming general meeting, the company said, adding that the new member will complete the term of his predecessor.

Al Suhaibani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Saud University and a Master’s degree in Financial Management from the University of Portsmouth. Moreover, he has a wide experience in the field of finance, auditing, risk management and investment. Al Suhaibani is also a board and committee member in several companies.
