Bahri reappoints Mohammed AlSarhan as Chairman, appoints Fahad Alsaif Vice Chairman

National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia’s (Bahri) board of directors approved, on Jan. 25, the reappointment of Mohammed Abdulaziz AlSarhan as Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.   

Fahad Abduljalil Ali Alsaif was named Vice Chairman.

The board also endorsed the formation of the executive committee, with AlSarhan as Chairman and Alsaif, Ahmed Ali Al-Subaey, Raid Abdullah Ismail and Saeed Abdullatif Al Hadrami as members.

The board approved the formation of the audit committee, headed by Abdulmalik Abdullah Alhogail. Saleh Abdullah Al Dabbasi, Mohammed Khalifa Almulhem and Mohammed Ibrahim Alarifi were named members.

The formation of the nomination and remuneration committee was also endorsed.
