Arabian Drilling appoints board members to fill 2 vacant seats

Arabian Drilling Co. (ADC) approved the appointment of Michael Mannering and Adnan Ghabris as new board members (independent) to fill the two vacant board seats, effective from Jan. 25, 2023, until Jan. 1, 2026.

 

The decision was taken at the ordinary general assembly held on Jan. 25, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
