CHUBB Arabia board member resigns, names replacement

CHUBB Arabia Cooperative Insurance Co.'s board of directors approved appointing Nikolay Dmitriev as a non-executive board member, representing Chubb INA International Holdings Ltd and replacing Serge Michel Osouf, who submitted his resignation for retirement.

In a Tadawul statement, the insurer said the board accepted Osouf's resignation today, Jan. 24.

Dmitriev holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Russia's MGIMO University, and an MBA from California State University Hayward, the US. He is the Regional Executive Officer of Chubb Europe Central Region.

The appointment is pending the approval of the upcoming general meeting for approval.
