Ministry of Municipal Affairs aims to serve 120,000 families in 2023, offer 50,000 new units: Official

Aiman Saleh, Deputy Minister of Housing and Beneficiaries Support, the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, stressed the continuity of support provided to citizens with all possible housing and financing solutions.
 

The ministry targets to serve 12,000 families across the Kingdom and offer 50,000 new units this year, Saleh told Al Arabiya TV.
 

He indicated that the ministry focuses on the key areas, which are in urgent need of housing support.
 

The ministry achieved the target of raising the ownership percentage to 60% in 2020, and it currently targets 70% ownership by 2030, Saleh noted.
