2P receives evaluation notice for Diriyah properties, estimates SAR 33.8 mln capital gains

This evaluation was based on a decision of Diriyah Gate Development Authority dated March 20, 2022, on evacuating the properties located at Al Khuzama, Irqah and Al-Nakhil districts. It is also in accordance with the authority's decision dated June 20, 2021, on completing the procedures for the expropriation of the properties.

The decision includes the company's buildings in Diriyah’s Al Khuzama District, the company said. It added that the real estate is estimated at SAR 53.85 million with capital gains of SAR 33.79 million.
