Arabian International Healthcare Holding Co.’s (Tibbiyah) board of directors approved the nomination and remuneration committee’s recommendation to appoint Mahmoud Al Yamany as an independent board member to fill a vacant position.
The decision is effective from today, Jan. 19, until the end of the current term on March 30, 2026, the company said in a bourse statement.
Al Yamany holds a Master's degree in executive health management from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor's degree in medicine from the College of Medicine, King Saud University.
He also holds several professional certificates.
Al Yamany is currently the sector head of Health Wellbeing & Biotech at NEOM Company. He is also the Chairman of Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah Health Cluster (Healthcare Network) since October 2019. Al Yamany held the position of President Central Second Health Cluster Riyadh, and was CEO King Fahad Medical City between Feb. 2013 and Sept. 2018.
