MIS gets favorable preliminary ruling in Ettesaq lawsuit

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) said a preliminary court ruling was issued today, Jan. 12 in its favor, to dismiss the lawsuit in a commercial case filed against the company.

 

In November 2021, MIS said a commercial case was filed against it by Ettesaq Ltd Co. before Riyadh Commercial Court, Argaam earlier reported.

 

Ettesaq sought compensation worth SAR 65.5 million, including 15% value-added tax (VAT) as well as the attorney fees of SAR 300,000.
