SICO Capital avails SICO Saudi REIT asset evaluation reports for H2 2022

SICO Capital Co. announced today, Jan. 10, the availability of SICO Saudi REIT Fund’s semiannual asset evaluation report, for H2 2022 ending on Dec. 31, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The evaluation was carried out in compliance with the fund’s asset evaluation terms and conditions.

 

The reports were conducted by two accredited valuers, the brokerage firm added.
