Al-Etihad shareholders elect board members for upcoming 3-year term

Shareholders of Al-Etihad Cooperative Insurance Co. elected board members for the upcoming three-year term, which started on Jan. 6, 2023, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Jan. 5.

 

The elected members are Yousef Saad Al Saad, Naif Al Turairi, Fahad Sulaiman Al Dalali, Tareq Fahad Bouresly, Eyad Abdulrahman Al Bunyan, Ahmed Yousef Boshnak, and Ahmed Abdulrahman Al Mohsen.

 

They also approved amending the corporate governance, board of directors’ work and audit committee regulations.

 

The regulations of the nominations and rewards committee, the risk management and cybersecurity committee, and the investment committee were also endorsed.
