Warren Buffett's portfolio gets a lot of attention, as Buffett is one of the world's richest and most successful investors.

As CEO and chairman of conglomerate Berkshire Hathaway (BRK.A), he has amassed a personal net worth topping $100 billion. He's also created billions in wealth for Berkshire Hathaway shareholders.

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) requires Berkshire Hathaway to disclose its stock holdings quarterly via Form 13F. That gives investors everywhere a line of sight into Buffett's portfolio. Berkshire's most recent 13F, filed on November 14, 2022, outlines the company's holdings as of September 30, 2022.

Berkshire Hathaway's stock portfolio at the end of the third quarter had a market value of roughly $296 billion. That value is spread across roughly 50 stocks. . Apple accounts for the lion’s share in the portfolio with 41.9%. It is followed by Bank of America, Chevron and Coca-Cola.

Two of his big winners in 2022 include Chevron and Occidental Petroleum, which added about 52% and 116%, respectively in 2022. That's incredible performance in a year the S&P 500 is down 18%.
