Takween reappoints Abdulmohsen Al-Othman as Chairman

Takween Advanced Industries Co.’s board of directors approved, on Jan. 4, to reappoint Abdulmohsen Al-Othman as Chairman.

 

The board named Saleh Al-Afaleq as Vice-Chairman and Jameel Al-Molhem (executive member) as Managing Director, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The board gave the nod to the formation of the executive, audit, as well as nominations and remunerations committees.
