MIS renews SAR 450 mln Sharia-compliant facility with ANB

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) renewed and amended the Sharia-compliant bank facility worth SAR 450 million with Arab National Bank (ANB), the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The facility was obtained today, Jan. 3, and will be valid until July 31, 2023.

 

The facility is fully secured by promissory notes, the statement said, adding it aims to finance new project contracts and issue letters of credit and guarantees.

 

There are no related parties.
