Tihama, WPP agree to extend pact to set up new firm by Jan. 10

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. extended the agreement once again with WPP Group to establish ICG Saudi Arabia, a new company, in Saudi Arabia.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company pointed out that the extension will include the completion of transferring legal ownership and obtaining all other required regulatory approvals by Jan. 10.
