Banan Real Estate reappoints Chairman Al-Haqbani, extends CEO Al Nasser’s term

Banan Real Estate Co.’s board of directors decided on, Dec. 26, to appoint Abdulmohsen Al-Haqbani as Chairman, and Ahmed Al-Haqbani as Vice Chairman.   

 

In a statement to Tadawul, Banan Real Estate pointed out that the board decided also to extend the term of CEO Majed Al Nasser.  

 

Moreover, the board appointed Chairman Abdulmohsen Al-Haqbani and CEO Majed Al Nasser as the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority's (CMA). 

 

The board secretary was also appointed, the statement added.
