The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) implemented securities quantity increase for Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance Co.  on the accounts of eligible shareholders today, Dec. 27, the center said in a statement. 

 

On Dec. 22, shareholders of Bupa Arabia approved increasing capital to SAR 1.5 billion from SAR 1.2 billion through a 25% bonus share distribution. The insurer will distribute one bonus share for every four shares held, Argaam earlier reported.
