Sure renews credit facilities worth SAR 25 mln with ANB

Sure Global Tech Co. renewed, on Dec. 20, a Shariah-compliant credit facility agreement at a total value of SAR 25 million with Arab National Bank (ANB), according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The facility was extended for one year, Sure added, noting that it received a copy of the agreement today, Dec. 21, after all signatures were completed.

 

The facility was fully secured by a promissory note. Sure will provide bank guarantees and letters of credit to finance future projects, the statement concluded.
