YAQEEN Saudi Equity ETF updates terms, conditions

YAQEEN Saudi Equity ETF updated its terms and conditions on Dec. 12, fund manager Yaqeen Capital announced in a statement to Tadawul.  

 

The update includes the appointment of Ahmed Alshabanah as a non-independent board member. 

 

Additionally, it includes the resignation of two independent board members, namely Saleh Alomair and Moath Alkhasawneh. 

 

The change also includes updating the qualifications of board members, Abdulkarim Alnujaidi and Muhammad Al-Maliki.
