Americana board to discuss 2023 budget, business plan on Dec. 14

Americana Restaurants International’s board of directors will hold a meeting on Dec. 14 to discuss the budget and business plan for 2023, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Americana shares started trading on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) today, Dec. 12, with the symbol 6015 and ISIN Code: AEE01135A222.

 

The concurrent and dual listing in Saudi Arabia and the UAE is the first for Tadawul, which earlier accepted only Saudi companies.
