The Ministry of Investment signed an investment agreement with leading global gaming entity, ONEMT to enable growth and development of the gaming entertainment market, talent and technologies in Saudi Arabia through collaborations with local partners.

 

The agreement aims to develop the gaming market in the Kingdom and make it a leader in the gaming industry, the ministry said on its Twitter account.

 

Under the agreement, 10 studios will be created in Saudi Arabia. ONEMT will relocate its regional headquarters and the global main headhunters later to Saudi Arabia. A center for research and development (R&D) and knowledge transfer will be established. Moreover, jobs will be created and local talents will be hired. The company will be listed on the Saudi Exchange and local training will be provided.
