KEIR board reappoints Mohammed Al Dhalaan as Chairman, Mamdouh Ghazzawi as Vice Chairman

KEIR International Co. board approved today, Dec. 6, the reappointment of Mohammed Al Dhalaan as Chairman and Mamdouh Ghazzawi as Vice Chairman, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The board also appointed Ibrahim Al Harabi as Chairman of the audit committee.

 

Furthermore, the board formed the remuneration and nomination committee.
