AICC priority rights fall 64% to SAR 0.27 today

Priority rights of Arabia Insurance Cooperative Co. (AICC) dropped 64% to SAR 0.27 each today, Dec. 4, compared to Thursday's close of SAR 0.75/right.

 

The rights trading reached an intraday high and low of SAR 0.85 and SAR 0.26, respectively.

 

Today marked the end of the rights trading period, which came to increase the insurer’s capital from SAR 265 million to SAR 530 million.

 

Subscription to new shares, which started on Nov. 27, will continue until Dec. 7.
