Gulf Union Alahlia shareholders elect board members for new term

Gulf Union Alahlia Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders approved, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Nov. 30, the election of board members for the upcoming three-year term, starting Dec. 17, 2022, the company said in a statement to Tadawul

 

The elected board members are Abdul Al TurkiMunir Al-Borno, Maged Al-Zafeiry, Ahmed Al Muzaini, Zaid Abdullah Al-Yaish, Muhammad Al-Kathir, and Abdullah Wahhab. 

 

Moreover, shareholders approved the formation of an audit committee and determined its tasks and work controls, as well as the remuneration of its members, for the same duration. 

 

The members include Ahmed Al Muzaini (Chairman) and Ibrahim Al Muqhim and Abdullah Al-Hajri.
