Yaqeen Capital says 2 board members of YAQEEN Saudi Equity ETF resigned

Yaqeen Capital, the manager of YAQEEN Saudi Equity ETF, announced a non-fundamental change to the fund, according to a filing to Tadawul.

 

The change includes the resignation of two independent board members, namely Saleh Alomair and Moath Alkhasawneh.

 

The change also includes updating the qualifications of the board members, Abdul Karim Al-Nujaidi and Muhammad Al-Maliki.
