Dar wa Emaar Real Estate Investment and Development Co., the strategic partner of the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing, and its executive arm, National Housing Co. (NHC), signed a new agreement under the umbrella of Sakani program.
Under the deal, Dar wa Emaar will undertake the development of 598 housing units for its "Saraya Al-Badr" project within Al-Mukaiman residential community in Madinah, according to a statement.
The latter has been earlier inaugurated by NHC within the scope of the Prophet's Mosque, in partnership with real estate developers.
The "Saraya Al-Badr" project, where Dar wa Emaar intends to start developing the superstructure works on an area of 174,865 square meters (sqm), is the company’s first project in the Western Province.
It will add a new link to the series of residential projects that bring together both parties in each of the Eastern and Central provinces, on a total area of more than two million sqm.
Last October, Dar wa Emaar launched off-plan sales of Saraya Al-Badr units, with multiple built-up areas starting from 336 sqm.
