Bonyan REIT manager says Al Rafiah Compound tenant not planning to renew lease contract

Saudi Fransi Capital, the manager of Bonyan REIT Fund, announced receiving a notification from the tenant of Al Rafiah Village Compound that it does not plan to renew the lease contract that will expire on May 4, 2024.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the fund manager said the compound will continue to be 100% occupied for additional 17.5 months until the expiry of the lease contract on May 4, 2024.

 

As a result, there is no immediate impact from this event, the statement added.

 

The fund manager will disclose any relevant developments in due course.
