GAC approves National Learning acquisition of Al Salam Education and Training

The National Company for Learning & Education (NCLE) received the General Authority for Competition’s (GAC) approval to fully acquire Al Salam Education and Training Co.

In July, NCLE signed a share purchase agreement (SPA) with the shareholders of Al Salam Education to buy their entire shares in Al-Khobar-based Al-Salam Private Schools for SAR 72 million, Argaam earlier reported. 

Al-Salam Education is a limited liability company, whose core activity is the management and operation of private schools for boys and girls (pre-school, primary, intermediate, and secondary education). It owns and operates Al-Salam Private Schools complex, which has approximately 1,500 students in the academic year 2021/2022.
