Rawasi Albina shareholders to appoint external auditors on Dec. 14

Rawasi Albina investment Co.'s shareholders will vote on the appointment of external auditors, based on the audit committee's recommendation, and setting their fees during an ordinary general meeting (OGM) slated for Dec. 14, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The appointed auditors will examine, review and audit the 2022 earnings statement and interim financials for 2023.
