Banque Saudi Fransi completes $700 mln bond issue under MTN program

Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) completed the issuance of a dollar-denominated bond offer under its Medium-Term Note (MTN) program, at a value of $700 million, the lender said in a statement to Tadawul.

The notes may be redeemed prior to the scheduled maturity date in certain cases as detailed in the Base Offering Circular.

 

The notes will be listed on the international securities market of the London Stock Exchange. The notes may only be sold in reliance on Regulation S under the US Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The bond issuance will be settled on Nov. 23.
