MIS renews, amends SAR 150 mln Shariah-compliant credit facility with GIB

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) signed on Nov. 10 an agreement to renew and amend a Shariah-compliant facility worth SAR 150 million with Gulf International Bank (GIB) -Saudi Arabia. 

 

The facility, which is secured by a promissory note for the full amount, expires on June 27, 2023, MIS said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The facilities will be used to finance new projects and issue letters of credit and guarantee.

 

The deal does not have any related parties, the statement added.
