Nama Chemicals appoints new board member following Afghani’s resignation

Nama Chemicals Co. announced the resignation of the independent board member Mr. Eyad Ishaq Afghani, and appointment of Mr. Fahd bin Abdullah Al-Khonaini as an independent member of the Board of Directors.

 

Al-Khonaini holds a bachelor’s degree from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University and has more than 23 years of experience in real estate, hotel, and business investment. He is also a member and chairman of private companies.

 

This Appointment shall not be final before the approval of the general assembly in the first upcoming meeting.
