National Building fulfills requirements for transition to Tadawul

National Building and Marketing Co. (NBM) fulfilled the requirements for transition to the main market, the company said in a statement to Tadawul. 

 

In June, NBM said its application for the transition from Nomu-Parallel Market to the main market was “incomplete”, Argaam earlier reported. 

 

The company expected to move to the main market after completing the relevant requirements as per the amended listing rules that came into effect on April 17, 2022.
