Sinad Holding reappoints Abdulaziz Yamani as Chairman, Abdullah Al Howaish as Managing Director

Sinad Holding Co.'s board of directors approved today, Oct. 30, reappointing Abdulaziz Yamani as Chairman and Amr Kamel as Vice Chairman for the three-year term ending Oct. 26, 2025, according to a statement to Tadawul.

In addition, the board approved appointing Abdullah Al Howaish as Managing Director.

The subcommittees were also formed, the statement said.

Further, the board approved the formation of an audit committee to include Suleiman Al Hadithi as Chairman, as well as Omar Jafri and Nasser Al Shaibani as members.
