Enma Al Rawabi inks contract for design of 2 commercial projects

Enma Al Rawabi Co. signed a contract with Saudi Aknan Engineering Office for the design of two commercial projects, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.

 

The two projects are a residential project in Al-Muhammadiyah district in Riyadh with an area of 4,400 square meters (sqm) and an office-administrative building in the An Namudhajiyah district of Riyadh, with an area of 948 sqm.

 

This comes as part of the company's investment plan to strengthen its position in the real estate development market, the statement added.

 

Substantial developments towards these projects will be disclosed promptly, the company noted.
