SABIC Agri-Nutrients likely to disclose 2022 consolidated financials in Feb. 2023

SABIC Agri-Nutrients Co. announced that it intends to discontinue declaring the interim condensed consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter periods, and will only release annual consolidated financial results.

 

The step comes in alignment with the company's efforts to implement the best international practices with regards to the disclosure of financial results.

 

The company expects to announce the annual consolidated financial results for 2022 in the last week of February 2023.
