Tibbiyah says Rami Farhat resigns from board, audit committee

Arabian International Healthcare Holding Co. (Tibbiyah)  announced that the board of directors approved on Oct. 20, via DocuSign application, the resignation submitted by non-executive board member, Rami Hassan Farhat, on Oct. 19.

 

According to a statement to Tadawul, the resignation was submitted for personal reasons.

 

In a separate statement, Farhat also submitted on Oct. 20, his resignation as audit committee member, to be effective as of Oct. 24.
