Albilad Capital says Perfect Presentation 100% Shariah-compliant

Shares of Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) are classified Shariah-compliant, with no purification rate, Albilad Capital said on its Twitter account.

 

In September, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved 2P’s application to list and offer 4.5 million shares, representing 30% of its capital, on Tadawul, according to data available with Argaam.

 

The retail offering will run for one day only, on Nov. 1. The company will offer 450,000 shares, or 10% of the total offer shares, to individual investors.
