Tadawul: Mulkia REIT goes ex-dividend today

Units of Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT (Mulkia REIT) have their ex-bonus today, Oct. 23, for Q3 2022.  

 

The fund earlier declared a 1.3% cash dividend, at SAR 0.13 per unit, according to data available with Argaam. 

 

The dividend is set to be distributed to shareholders within 15 working days from the record date.
