East Pipes appoints new board member

East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry's board of directors accepted the resignation of non-executive board member Mohammed Al-Othman, effective as of today, Oct. 20, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The resignation was submitted due to personal reasons.

 

Additionally, the board gave the nod to the appointment of Bassam Bamagous as a non-executive board member, effective immediately.

 

The appointment is pending approval of the upcoming general assembly.
