Sinad Holding shareholders elect board members, form audit committee

Sinad Holding Co.’s shareholders elected board members for the upcoming three-year term, starting Oct. 27, 2022, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), held on Oct. 19, according to a statement to Tadawul.

These members are Abdulaziz Muhammed Abdo Yamani, Amr Mohammed Kamel, Suleiman Ibrahim Al Hadithi, Mansour Abdulaziz Al Busaili, Abdullah Ibrahim Al Howaish, Hussein Ali Shobokshi, Omar Abdullah Jafri, Faisal Muhammed Shaker, and Saad Abdulaziz.

Shareholders also ratified the formation of an audit committee for the same three-year term. The audit committee members are Suleiman Ibrahim Al Hadithi, Chairman, Omar Abdullah Jafri, and Nasser Sahag Al Shaibani.
