Sakani issues 18,500 e-contracts for free-of-charge lands in 9M 2022

Saudi Arabia’s Sakani Program issued 18,540 free-of-charge residential land e-contracts to Saudi households in the first nine months of 2022, as beneficiaries will begin construction work.

 

The contracts were issued for 4,334 land plots in Makkah, 3,987 in Riyadh, 2,710 in Eastern Province, 1,871 in Aseer, 1,379 in Qassim, 1,251 in Najran and 1,055 in Jazan, Sakani Program said in a statement.

 

E-contracts also covered 816 pieces of residential land in Hail, 562 in Madinah, 201 in Al-Baha, 163 in Northern Borders, 117 in Al-Jouf and 98 in Tabuk.
