Al Naqool subsidiary starts marketing of Deer Villa project, off-plan sales

Mohammed Hasan Al Naqool Sons Co. announced that its fully-owned subsidiary, Deer Real Estate Co., started to market its Deer Villa project, according to a bourse statement.

 

The project will be sold in phases during Q4 2022 and Q1 2023, which will reflect positively on the company's future results.

 

The project is expected to be completed during the second quarter of 2023, the statement noted.

 

In September, Al Naqool’s subsidiary obtained an off-plan sales license for Deer Villa project, located at Al-Malqa district, Riyadh. The license is based on the decision of the Off-plan Sale or Rent Committee (WAFI), with a total number of 10 units, according to data available with Argaam.
