Allianz SF reappoints Alwaleed Aldryaan as Chairman, names Bader AlSalloom as Vice Chairman

Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance Co.’s (Allianz SF) board of directors reappointed, on Aug. 10, Alwaleed Aldryaan as Chairman and Bader AlSalloom as Vice Chairman for the current three-year term started Aug. 8, 2022, according to a bourse statement.

  

The board formed its sub-committees with the executive committee, including Mohamed A. Benabbou, Alwaleed Aldryyan, Bader AlSalloum (non-executive) and Anuj Agarwal (executive).

 

The nominations and remunerations committee comprises Abdullah Al-Hussaini and Osama AlSabeg (independent), as well as Patrick Theils and Adel Mallawi (non-executive).

 

The investment committee consists of Adel Malawi (non-executive), Basel Bin Jabr (independent) and Anuj Agarwal (executive).

 

The risk committee members are Patrick Theils and Mohamed Benabbou (non-executive), and Osama AlSabeg (independent).
