Tadawul Group opens board membership nominations

Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Co. opened today, Oct. 2, nominations for board membership for the upcoming three-year term ending on Jan. 1, 2026, according to a bourse filing.
 

Applications will be received till Nov. 2, 2022.
 

The board members' nomination will be discussed in the upcoming general assembly meeting, the date of which will be announced later.
