East Pipes shareholders authorize board to distribute interim dividends for FY 2022/23

East Pipes Integrated Co.'s shareholders delegated the board to distribute interim dividends on a quarterly or semi-annual basis for FY 2022/23, during the ordinary general assembly meeting held on Sept. 29, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders also approved all other items on the agenda.

 

According to the data available with Argaam, the company has not distributed any cash dividends since it listed on Tadawul on Feb. 14, 2022.
