Nahdi sets up new company owned by subsidiaries in Egypt

Nahdi Medical Co.announced today, Sept. 29, the establishment of a new company, Al-Sakhaa Integrated Solutions Co., which is owned by its subsidiaries in Egypt.

 

The move comes to support Nahdi's business and strategy. The related financial impact is expected to appear in FY 2023, according to a bourse filing.
