Sumou says Al Samiya project’s off-plan sales license issued

Sumou Real Estate Co. said that Al Samiya residential project’s off-plan sales license was issued.

 

The company obtained the project’s license on Sept. 28, Sumou said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

In August, Sumou signed a SAR 540 million development agreement with National Housing Co. (NHC) for Area No. 2 of Abyar Ali residential project (Al Samiya project) implemented on the ministry’s lands in Madinah, Argaam reported.
